The RAG assessment taken at the beginning and end of every session allows your users to easily gauge on a Red, Amber or Green scale, how they are feeling. Over time, this gives a great indication of how your service is affecting the life of your users.

For more in-depth assessments, Appoint3 has a powerful, customisable assessment engine, allowing you to create assessments to be carried out routinely.

Assessments can be setup to capture targets to see if your service users are progressing as they’d like.

An auto scheduler allows the next assessment to be scheduled automatically so you can relax in the knowledge the system will remind you when it is time.

Use Appoint3 to send reminders via SMS the day before to reduce forgotten appointments.

Appoint3 provides the ability to upload files against your Contacts, keeping key documents related to them, one click away. Upload a variety of file types including docx, pdf and images.

Existing forms designed in Microsoft Word™ can be amended to include data from Appoint3 simply and easily, allowing you to generate forms pre-filled with your Service Users’ information.

From Volunteer Agreements to Training Records to Exit Reviews, whatever the form, Appoint3 can generate it direct from the Service Users’ record, saving time and avoiding rekeying mistakes.
